Exploring the Wisdom traditions through Circle Dance with insights from poetry, music and the arts.Saturday, 17 September 2011, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, University of Winchester, West Downs Campus, Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 5HT
Come and join Chris Clarke, June Boyce-Tillman and Megan Clay on the feast day of St. Sophia for a celebration of creative Wisdom, with well-loved circle dances needing no previous experience, and some newer dances, interspersed with readings and songs for all to join in. Does not wisdom call out? Does not understanding raise her voice? At the highest point along the way, where the paths meet, she takes her stand. “The LORD brought me forth as the first of his works, at the very beginning, when the world came to be”. (Bible: Proverbs 8)
Chris Clarke has been circle dancing since 1988 and now leads
the Wickham
circle dance group. Formerly a Professor researching in Cosmology at the
University of Southampton, his current passion is for bringing together
science and spirituality. See www.scispirit.com
for recent books and

You can pay when you arrive, but please register in advance to Chris Clarke email me at cclarke@scispirit.com so that we can keep you informed and plan for numbers.
